Customers and gift recipients have the opportunity to activate our complimentary product warranty (365 day happiness guarantee) within 30 days of receipt of their item(s). This is only applicable to My 1st Years branded items only and not available through our site for other brands we may sell.
Our 365 day happiness guarantee entitles customers to one whole year in which you can get in touch with our customer service team if you are unhappy with the quality of your item(s) and be issued a replacement or store credit.
If you have purchased an item from one of our 3rd party partners (Next, Childrensalon, NOTH, Amazon, Selfridges) and you require a refund for any reason please contact them directly.

If you are being issued a replacement item, this will be a like for like product with the same personalisation details as per the original item. Store credit will be offered if the gift is no longer in stock.
You may be asked to return your item. If so, we will arrange a collection at our cost and your convenience.
Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:-Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession
- Normal wear and tear
- Child growing out of product is not a product fault
