My 1st Years does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children participating in the ball pit activity.

Our activity is designed for children’s play. As such, there are inherent risks that are always associated with children playing and having fun together. These include, but are not limited to:

Children tripping, falling and bumping into objects or other children.

By consenting, you agree that My 1st Years cannot be held responsible for any such trip, fall or bump that occurs within the normal course of play.
