My 1st Years is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the experience for everyone.

Scope

This statement applies to all My 1st Years websites, including our UK, EU, IE and US storefronts.

Our standard and ongoing work

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across all our storefronts. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we regularly review and improve our website.

What we support

• Keyboard navigation across most of the site
• Text that can be resized up to 200%
• Alternative text on product and content images
• Labelled form fields across checkout and account pages
• A “Skip to content” link and clear page structure for assistive technology

Limitations

Some parts of our website, including certain interactive features and content provided by third parties, may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are actively working to improve these areas. If you have trouble accessing anything on our site, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

How we test

We review our website using a combination of automated tools and manual testing. Our most recent review was carried out on 6 October 2026.
