We are still open during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic and are closely monitoring daily how it affects our staff and customers. We are keeping up to date with government guidelines and are ensuring the strictest social distancing and cleaning regulations are kept, as well as supplying warehouse staff with PPE.

WE ARE DELIVERING AS NORMAL
We are still delivering items with little to no delays and you are still able to receive NEXT DAY DELIVERY to any UK address when you order before 2 pm Monday-Friday.
We have been keeping up to date with our couriers and they have assured us that they have implemented a knock-free delivery where possible for the safety of their drivers and customers. Your delivery will be delivered to a safe place and you will receive a card through your letterbox.
This means you can have confidence in receiving your personalised gifts even if you're having to self isolate.

WE ARE HELPING THOSE IN NEED
At the start of the pandemic, we launched our My Big Community Project, vowing to help those most in need during the pandemic. We managed to donate over £30,000 to foodbank charity, The Trussell Trust, as well as donating toys to hospitals.
We have also launched our Essentials Shop, where you can find a selection of baby food, nappies, wipes, lotions and everyday essentials without having to leave your home, and available with next day delivery.

Our team has worked hard to create content to help you navigate this new way of living with children, from helpful tips to free printable activities you can find everything you need on our lockdown edit.
All of our head office staff and customer service teams are working from home. For those working in our production facility we have implemented strict social distancing measures, staggered shifts, provided PPE stations where staff can regularly sanitise as well as having 4 non-working breaks each day where the building receives a thorough clean.
We are not currently experiencing any significant delays to delivery and are still able to provide next day delivery options to UK addresses, however, we will update this page if this changes at any point.
We use a popular courier service for our deliveries who have promised where possible they are adhering to contactless delivery, they will leave your item in a safe place specified on a card put through the letterbox. This is for your safety and the drivers. Read more here.
Yes, as we are working with Yodel who have assured us they are using contactless deliveries.
As we personalise every item just for you we do not accept returns, however, if for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation or your product is faulty, we ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately, and cover the costs of any returns needed.

Yes, we are still accepting orders to other countries but we are seeing delays of up to 48hrs on these deliveries, so please give time for your order. Some countries are not accepting deliveries and we have removed these from our delivery option at checkout.
