We want you to know that we are here for you through the rough and the smooth of being a parent. Whether you’re a new parent or have a tiny toddler at your feet this month’s advice is for you…

Tip Of The Month – Remeber to treat yourself

Our kids are the centre of our universe and we will happily treat them with any disposable income and love we have going spare, but that often leads us to neglecting ourselves. With Mother’s Day fast approaching we want to remind all those Mummy’s who are doing a fantastic job at raising mini humans that it’s time to treat yourself. Whether you head to a spa for a pamper day or just take a child-free day watching Netflix and painting your nails, remember it’s important to treat yourself.

Take a nap

How long has it been since you last took a little snooze? You’ve probably not slept at night for weeks and when the kids take a nap that’s your only chance to get stuff done, so sleeping has just taken a back seat lately. Why not send the kids off to granny’s or for a day out with friends and lay on the sofa and take an afternoon nap. Forget the pile of washing that’s playing on your mind and all the paperwork that needs to be completed and just zone out for a few hours. You’ll wake up feeling refreshed and far more proactive.
