With talks of pumpkins, witches, ghosts and ghouls it’s clear that Halloween is on it’s way. But if your little one doesn’t fancy dressing in a frightening outfit and scaring the neighbours why not let them dress as a unicorn, rainbow fairy or good witch? We’ve teamed up with the girls behind Go Get Glitter to create this not-so-spooky Halloween look, that is quick and simple to do! The girl’s believe that just because the festival season is over there is still a time to glitter, and what better excuse than for Halloween?
YOU WILL NEED
- 5-7 different coloured face paints – the brighter the better
- Go Get Glitter Fix Paint
- 3 small paintbrushes or makeup brushes
- 5-7 different coloured glitters (can be purchased from Go Get Glitter here)
Using your various shades of coloured face paint, paint small stripes around the eye. For the best effect make sure some overlap and others and more spread out.
Use the Go Get Glitter Fix paint and place a little over different sections of the face paint. Be sure to use the fix paint sparingly a little goes a long way.
Dip a clean brush into the glitter and dab it onto the areas you applied the fix paint. Repeat this in lots of different colours, be as creative as you like with the colours we think the more vibrant the better!
Brush away any excess glitter! And let your little one fall in love with her creative rainbow face!
